The Büro für Konfliktberatung (Office for Conflict Counselling) works to address conflicts and challenging situations and supports their constructive resolution.
Services
The Büro für Konfliktberatung provides all staff with free advice and support on work‑related issues.
Alongside individual consultations and mediation, it also supports teams in developing constructive solutions.
Setting
Consultations are:
- confidential,
- anonymous,
- impartial,
- free of charge, and
- take place in a safe and secure setting.
Networking
Collaboration and exchange with other conflict‑related units and advisory services across the University of Vienna are are a key part to Büro für Konfliktberatung work.
